Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of peacekeeper.com and any related pages operated by Peacekeeper Enterprises, LLC ("Peacekeeper," "we," "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Descriptions of our services, capabilities, timelines, and past work are provided for information. Nothing on this site creates a binding obligation to perform work, and no consulting relationship begins until we sign a written agreement or statement of work with you.

Where a written engagement agreement conflicts with these terms, the engagement agreement controls for that engagement.

When you submit a brief, you confirm that you are authorized to share what you send and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Please do not send trade secrets, credentials, or regulated personal data through the intake form — wait until we have a confidentiality agreement in place.

We may decline any inquiry for any lawful reason.

Scope, fees, schedule, acceptance criteria, and intellectual property ownership are defined in the written agreement for each engagement. Our default position is that deliverables built specifically for you become yours on full payment, while our pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how remain ours and are licensed to you for use in the delivered work.

Many engagements involve modifying, integrating, or configuring third-party and open-source technology. Those components stay under their own licenses, and you are responsible for maintaining any subscriptions or accounts the delivered system depends on.

Invoices are payable in U.S. dollars on the terms stated in the engagement agreement. Overdue amounts may pause work and may accrue interest at the lesser of 1% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

Where we manage a Google Ads or other advertising account for you, we do so only after your written approval, under your account, and you retain ownership and control of it. Advertising platform performance depends on factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any particular result.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, scrape it in a way that degrades service, probe or test its security without permission, misrepresent your identity, or use the site to send unsolicited bulk messages.

You may not use our name, logo, or client references to imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.

The text, design, code, images, video, and other material on this site are owned by Peacekeeper or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read and share links to our pages. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from our content for commercial use without written permission.

We link to third-party sites and tools as a convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Warranties for consulting deliverables, if any, are set out in the applicable engagement agreement — not here.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peacekeeper is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability arising from a consulting engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.

You agree to indemnify Peacekeeper against claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms or of applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
