Privacy Policy

Peacekeeper Enterprises, LLC ("Peacekeeper," "we," "us") is a software development consulting firm. This policy explains what information we collect through peacekeeper.com and related pages, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

When you submit a project brief or contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, company, budget range, timeline, and a description of the work you want done.

If we begin an engagement together, we may also process materials you share with us — documentation, credentials, source code, datasets, and other project assets. We treat that material as confidential and use it only to perform the work you hired us to do.

We record basic analytics about how the site is used: pages viewed, referring source, campaign parameters, approximate device type, and which calls to action were clicked. This is first-party measurement used to understand which pages help people and which do not.

We use a small number of cookies and similar identifiers to keep your session consistent and to make sure you see the same version of a page on repeat visits. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

To respond to your inquiry, scope and deliver consulting work, invoice for that work, improve the content and structure of the site, and keep our systems secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We rely on a small set of vendors to operate the business — hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, advertising platforms where we run our own campaigns, and payment processing. These providers only receive what they need to perform their function, and they are bound to protect it.

Where we manage advertising accounts on a client's behalf, we do so only with that client's written authorization, and the client retains ownership and control of the account.

We build AI products, including systems that run entirely on a client's own hardware. When an engagement involves AI models, we agree in advance which data may be sent to which providers, and whether that data may be retained or used for training. Our default is no training on client data.

We keep project inquiries for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on the opportunity, and engagement records for as long as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Client project materials are retained or returned and deleted according to the terms of the engagement.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and role-restricted administrative access to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for least privilege and limit who can reach client data.

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing eli@peacekeeper.com. Depending on where you live — including California and the European Economic Area — you may have additional statutory rights, and we will honor valid requests without charging you or degrading your service.

You can opt out of any follow-up email at any time by replying and telling us to stop.

Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
